In addition to his studies in automation engineering (Dipl-Ing.), Dr. Diekmann studied business administration (MSc economics) from 2001 onward while working part-time and then received his doctorate on the subject of risk management.
Since 2005, Dr. Diekmann has been Co-Managing Director of CoInvest Corporate Finance GmbH, the initiator of the PartnerFonds “Kapital für den Mittelstand,” and since 2012 he has been the majority shareholder of the group of companies surrounding CoInvest Finanz Holding.
Graf zu Solms-Laubach is an authorized signatory of CoInvest Corporate Finance GmbH and has been a shareholder and Managing Director of CoInvest Finanz Holding GmbH since 2011. Previously, Graf Solms worked in the international tax department of Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young.
Graf Solms is a lawyer and certified tax advisor with a focus on international tax and capital market law. His academic stations included Heidelberg, Bonn, and London.
After studying business and economics in Augsburg and Göttingen (both graduated), Mr. Riedle worked as an analyst and asset manager for a medium-sized company fund for over six years. His industry experience is particularly in the areas of automotive, real estate, production, trade, service and fin-tech.
After completing his Bachelor’s degree at EBS Business School (Oestrich-Winkel), Ferdinand Wollenberg completed his subsequent Master’s degree at HULT Business School (London).
He completed his further qualification as a Certified Private Equity Analyst in 2020 and has applied his industry focus particularly on the areas of professional services, med-tech, life science, and lifestyle (tourism/sport).
Mr. Brandes graduated from the Technical University of Munich with a degree in business administration and a minor in mechanical engineering. Currently, Mr. Brandes is completing his Master’s degree in the same subject and has been working as an analyst in our company for more than one year. His industry experience is particularly in the areas of mechanical engineering, automotive and real estate.
After her apprenticeship as a bank clerk with subsequent part-time further training as a banking specialist, Barbara Halmburger worked as deputy branch manager at a major Munich bank in the investment and financing sector.
For more than twelve years, she has made a significant contribution to our success as a team assistant in the Corporate Finance department of the group of companies.
