Since 2005, Dr. Diek­mann has been Co-Man­ag­ing Direc­tor of CoIn­vest Cor­po­rate Finance GmbH, the ini­tia­tor of the Part­ner­Fonds “Kap­i­tal für den Mit­tel­stand,” and since 2012 he has been the major­i­ty share­hold­er of the group of com­pa­nies sur­round­ing CoIn­vest Finanz Hold­ing.

Graf Solms is a lawyer and cer­ti­fied tax advi­sor with a focus on inter­na­tion­al tax and cap­i­tal mar­ket law. His aca­d­e­m­ic sta­tions includ­ed Hei­del­berg, Bonn, and Lon­don.
